Insha'a · إنشاء · construction. creation. infrastructure.

The future of work is here.

We build the AI operating system your business runs on. Knowledge that compounds, agents that do full tasks, and one Command Centre for you to run it all from.

You've tried AI and it hasn't quite stuck... This is because you didn't build a context-backed operating system for it to work out of. We do that.

What you get

Your whole business, in one place. In your name.

Not a chat window. We build the full operating system: your knowledge, your tools, your agents. Then we put it behind one branded back office you work inside every day.

What's underneath it

Five layers working together.

/ 01
Context
The knowledge layer
Everything your business knows: docs, transcripts, decisions, all in one place your OS can read.
/ 02
Connections
The reach layer
Live links into the tools you already work in: inbox, calendar, CRM, drive, finance.
/ 03
Capabilities
The action layer
Automations and agents that do the work: draft, file, update, report. Not just answer questions.
/ 04
Cadence
The clock
The system on a schedule, running in the background of your week without a reminder.
/ 05
Tuning
The upkeep
Audits, health checks, and new automations every month. Sharper over time, never stale.
Your AI team

Copy-pasting between tabs isn't leverage.
A team that finishes the work is.

One shared brain and agents that do the work on top of it. You run the whole thing from one Command Centre.

01
/ 01
Second brain
The memory it runs on
One centralized place every agent reads from before it acts: your decisions, docs, customers, and context, held as structured memory. An always-on extension of your knowledge layer. The agents are only as sharp as the brain underneath them, so we build the brain first.
02
/ 02
Agents
The work, done
Built on top of the brain, agents carry out the actual work end to end, pulling what they need from the second brain and taking real actions across your tools. Whole jobs, not single prompts: “handle Monday morning,” not “draft me an email.”
03
/ 03
You
The operator
You sit on top, running the whole thing from your Command Centre, directing the agents, reviewing what they did, and extending the system as your business changes.
The system is the team.
You run the business. It runs the work.
Under the hood

Your AI doesn't just answer questions.
It remembers, acts, and compounds.

Compounding knowledge
Every doc, every transcript, every decision flows into a structured knowledge base. Six months in, the OS knows your business in a way no new hire could.
Agents that finish work
On-demand and on a schedule. They draft proposals, file contracts, triage inboxes and chase leads, all within guardrails you set. Kill switches on everything.
You can see it working
Open the Command Centre and watch every agent and automation run: what fired, what it produced, what needs you. Edit any of it in plain English. No terminal, no black box.
Lives where you work
Slack, Telegram, email, your CRM: wherever your team already is. Ask the OS a question, get a real answer pulled from your own data.
How it works

From “we should use AI” to “the OS is running our business.”

Phase 1
01
Discovery call
We learn your business, your stack, your workflows, your bottlenecks. One call gives us everything we need to scope your OS build. No homework, no questionnaire.
Phase 2
02
Scoped proposal
You get a written proposal back: scope, integrations, the first agents and automations, the path of work. If it's a yes, we book the build.
Phase 3
03
Build
We build the layers in order: context, connections, then the agents and the cadence they run on. Regular check-ins. You're looped in but you don't have to drive.
Phase 4
04
Handoff & ongoing care
A walkthrough, a written ops doc, and you're running. New automations, audits, connection health and async support continue. The OS gets sharper as your business changes.
One operator wiring your OS, not a consultancy throwing bodies at it.

Who it's for

Two paths. One operating system underneath.

This isn't for everyone, and that's the point. If your business has real workflows worth wiring in and someone who'll own the AI layer instead of babysit it, one of these is yours. Investment is set on the discovery call.

About the work

Built by an operator, for operators.

Mo Abusin
Founder · Insha'a AI

Before Insha'a, I built the internal AI tooling at the leading carbon-market intelligence platform. Eighteen months of wiring research workflows into language models taught me what works, what doesn't, and where the leverage actually lives.

Most teams are using AI the way they used Google in 2005: open a window, type a question, paste the answer back into their real work. The leverage isn't in the chat. It's in the layer underneath: the context, the connections, the schedules, the automations. The thing that runs when you're not at your desk.

I started Insha'a to build that layer, productised. One operator wiring your operating system, not a consultancy throwing bodies at it.

A connected system that runs underneath your business, not a single chat window. Your knowledge is queryable, your tools are reachable, and automations and agents run on the cadence you set. You see all of it in one place: your Command Centre. It's infrastructure, not a sidebar.
An automation is a repeatable job done the same way every time: triage the inbox, draft the weekly report. An agent is a composite workflow that reads context across several automations and makes judgment calls, like “handle Monday morning” rather than one fixed task. Your OS comes with both, built around how your week actually works.
Full control. Everything runs inside guardrails you set, and everything is visible in the Command Centre: what fired, what it produced, what's waiting on you. You decide which steps need your sign-off, you can kill-switch anything, and you can edit any agent in plain English. Nothing fires silently that you didn't approve.
SaaS tools are generic and rented by the seat. This is yours: scoped to your workflows, connected to your stack, with agents written specifically for how you work. You own it after we build it.
The usual operator stack: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, HubSpot, Stripe, Airtable, Drive, and most things with an API. If we can read it or write to it, we can wire it into the OS.
First automations usually run early in the build. Compounding leverage kicks in around month two as the system tunes and new agents land.
Good. We wire them in instead of replacing them. The OS sits above your tools and below your work; existing setups become connections in the second layer.
Ongoing care keeps the system maintained, audited, and growing: new automations, connection health checks, async support, and (for teams) a quarterly context refresh.
